justify;">近期，我市迎来入汛后降雨强度最大、持续时间最长、影响范围最广的一次强降雨过程。<span style="color: #021eaa;"><strong>6月18日08时到19日08时，全市普降大到暴雨，96站次雨量超过50毫米，其中23站次雨量超过100毫米。</strong></span>据气象部门预测，<span style="color: #021eaa;"><strong>未来几天，我市仍将持续大到暴雨天气过程，过程雨量40－70毫米、局部150毫米以上。</strong></span>鉴于当前强降雨情况和趋势，根据《九江市防汛抗旱应急预案》，经市防指指挥长同意，决定启动防汛Ⅳ级应急响应。</p><p style="margin-top: 2px;border-width: 0px;border-style: justify;">《通知》要求，各地各部门要按照职责分工和预案规定，密切关注水雨情发展趋势，加强预测预警，通过行政渠道和电视、广播、微信、手机短信等形式及时发布预警信息，做到群策群防；要加强应急值班值守，乡镇、村、组干部要保持在岗在位；要强化水库和山洪、地质灾害巡查排险，全力以赴做好持续强降雨防范工作，做到有险先撤、有险必撤，提前转移受威胁群众；要强化城乡易涝区域巡查管控，提前预置排涝设施，加强可能受淹区域道路交通管制；要确保救援力量和装备处于待命状态，必要时前置到危险区域，牢牢守住“不死一人、不垮一坝、不溃一堤”的底线，确保人民群众生命财产安全。</p><p
