#000000;">3．房产条件：适龄儿童的监护人在学区内拥有有效房产。有效房产的具体要求如下：</span></p><p><span style="font-family: 宋体;font-size: 16px;color: #000000;">(1)房产证必须与户口登记地址一致。</span></p><p><span style="font-family: 宋体;font-size: 16px;color: #000000;">(2)房产证的认定截止时间是2022年6月30日。一套房产在3年之内（计算时间从当年6月3O日开始回溯），只能作为一个家庭适龄儿童入学的依据。</span></p><p><span style="font-family: 宋体;font-size: 16px;color: #000000;">(3)房产的权证性质必须是住宅，非住宅性质的房产，如商业用房、工业用房、办公用房、阁楼、地下室、车库等，均不能作为入学的房产依据。</span></p><p><span style="font-family: 宋体;font-size: 16px;color: #000000;">(4)多人持有的房权份额，法定监护人和学生本人房屋产权份额必须高于或等于51%。</span></p><p><span style="font-family: 宋体;font-size: 16px;color: #000000;">(5)在廉租房、公租房的，需提供租房本、租房证明的原件和复印件。</span></p><p><span style="font-family:
