   按老黄历，一般也要到农历七月半，秋老虎虽然凶狠，估计最多还蹦哒不了两周，为什么说：“估计最多还蹦哒不了两周”？因为两周后时至处暑，处暑一到就望白露，真所谓：“处暑的荞麦白露的菜”就算“处暑白露节,夜凉白天热。”那也是今年秋老虎及其凶横，老天爷不按规矩出牌。到了处暑之后，无非是“夜凉白天热”了，认清天气形势，注意防病健身。

   一看图示，就明白今年的三伏进程，今天是8月11日，离入三伏还有4天时间，今年要应在“热在三伏，处暑白露节、夜凉白天热，秋包袱热得哭，晚入伏热死牛”等等谚语上。
