今天感觉比昨天热，太难了。 今年的重度干旱主要原因是、三峡以上的近百座大小水库囤积库水不放造成的、局部小环境变化所致，好几亿立方的库容水量让武汉遭遇了自1954年以来的最大规模“汛期反旱”怪事。 为了应对高温干旱影响，8月16日，水利部长江水利委员会发布调度令，调度三峡水库于16日12时起向长江中下游补水。初步测算，三峡水库加大下泄，未来几天将为长江中下游补水约5亿立方米。在三峡水库向长江中下游补水期间，金沙江下游梯级水库群也同期开展补水调度，可增加补水约3亿立方米。
