<section style="margin:0px auto;" class="layout"><section style="margin-top: 2em; padding-top: 0.5em; padding-bottom: 0.5em; font-family: inherit; font-size: 1em; font-weight: inherit; white-space: normal; line-height: 22.4px; border-style: solid none none; border-top-width: 1px; border-top-color: rgb(204, 204, 204); text-decoration: inherit; color: rgb(166, 166, 166);"><section style="margin-top: -1.2em; text-align: center; border: none; line-height: 1.4;"><strong><span style="padding: 8px 23px; border-radius: 25px; color: #FFFFFF; font-family: inherit; font-weight: inherit; text-decoration: inherit; border-color: #00589C; background-color: #00589C;" class="135brush" data-brushtype="text">节约用水倡议书</span></strong> </section></section></section><p><br/></p><section class="layout" style="margin: 1em auto; box-sizing: border-box;"><section data-width="100%" style="background-image: linear-gradient(-135deg, transparent 1em, rgb(85, 136, 170) 0px); background-position: initial; background-size: initial; background-repeat: initial; background-attachment: initial; background-origin: initial; background-clip: initial; border-radius: 0.5em; width: 758.304px; box-sizing: border-box; box-shadow: rgba(0, 0, 0, 0.5) -3px 3px 5px; margin: 0px 5px;"><section class="135brush" style="padding: 1em 2em 1.5em 1em; color: rgb(254, 254, 254); overflow-wrap: break-word; box-sizing: border-box; line-height: 1.75em;"><p>广大市民朋友：</p><p><br/></p><p style="text-indent: 2em;">7月以来，我市持续高温少雨天气，全市平均降雨量85.9毫米，较常年同期（277.8毫米）偏少69%，为1951年以来历史同期倒数第2位。受持续降雨偏少影响，我市江河湖库水位持续走低，境内鄱阳湖进入枯水期、低枯水期，时间之早均创下历史最新记录，通江水体面积仅为575平方公里。为确保城乡居民饮水安全，保障生产灌溉用水需求，减少水资源浪费，提高水资源利用效率，在此我们发出倡议：</p><p style="text-indent: 2em;"><br/></p><p style="text-indent: 2em;"><strong>一、增强节水意识，养成节水习惯</strong></p><p style="text-indent: 2em;"><br/></p><p style="text-indent: 2em;">充分认识节水护水的重要性和紧迫性，自觉树立“节约用水光荣、浪费用水可耻”的用水观念。从自我做起，节约每一滴水，养成科学用水、节约用水、重复用水的良好习惯。杜绝“半瓶水”，未喝尽的瓶装水请带走；杜绝“长流水”，洗漱间隙用水请关闭；倡导“循环水”，洗菜、洗衣、洗脸水请用于浇花、拖地、冲厕所等。</p><p style="text-indent: 2em;"><br/></p><p style="text-indent: 2em;"><strong>二、使用节水器具，严防跑冒滴漏</strong></p><p style="text-indent: 2em;"><br/></p><p style="text-indent: 2em;">使用节水型用水器具，淘汰非节水器具，安装使用低流量莲蓬头、水龙头，或加装缓流水龙头，积极推进节水新技术，优先使用节水型龙头、节水型卫生洁具。如老式马桶出水量大，可在水箱里放个装满水的塑料瓶，使水箱储水空间减少，减少出水量，一个月可以节约上百升水。水龙头、管道、马桶漏水要及时维修。</p><p style="text-indent: 2em;"><br/></p><p style="text-indent: 2em;"><strong>三、强化节水责任，主动宣传教育</strong></p><p style="text-indent: 2em;"><br/></p><p style="text-indent: 2em;">履行节水责任，争当节约用水的示范者、推动者，争做节约用水的组织者和监督者，向身边的人灌输节水理念，传播节水经验知识，倡导节水行为，形成爱水、惜水、节水的良好社会风气，努力营造节约用水的良好社会氛围。</p><p style="text-indent: 2em;"><br/></p><p style="text-indent: 2em;">广大市民朋友，水是生命之源、生产之要、生态之基，是人类社会生存发展之本，是发展不可或缺的条件。每一滴水都来之不易，每一滴水都应当珍惜，节水靠大家，让我们一起行动起来，贡献自己的力量，携手共渡抗旱难关！</p><p><br/></p><p style="text-align: right;">九江市水利局</p><p style="text-align: right;">2022年8月23日</p></section></section></section><p><br/></p><link rel="stylesheet" href="//bbs.jjxw.cn/source/plugin/wcn_editor/public/wcn_editor_fit.css?v134_i6Z" id="wcn_editor_css"/> 及时雨已经为时不远了。只要思想不放松，办法总比困难多。 少洒水 天都转凉了，还没下雨
