    因人而异,我年过古稀,虽然我吃了一辈子隔夜饭菜,身板缺失硬朗朗的。第一我吃素,不吃肉食,第二,我每天只吃一顿,已实行“30多年如一日”,别人家通常多盐,我却缺盐,需要经常喝盐水补充体内盐水不足。
