2px;">全市行政区域内森林、林木、林地及距林缘100米范围以内区域。</span></p><p style="text-align: justify;line-height: 2em;text-indent: 2em;"><span style="font-size: 16px;color: rgb(0, 0, 0);letter-spacing: 2px;"><br/></span></p><p style="text-align: justify;line-height: 2em;text-indent: 2em;"><strong><span style="font-size: 16px;color: rgb(0, 0, 0);letter-spacing: 2px;">三、禁止内容：</span></strong><span style="font-size: 16px;color: rgb(0, 0, 0);letter-spacing: 2px;"></span></p><p style="text-align: justify;line-height: 2em;text-indent: 2em;"><span style="font-size: 16px;color: rgb(0, 0, 0);letter-spacing: 2px;">（一）禁止携带火种及易燃易爆物品进入森林防火区；</span></p><p style="text-align: justify;line-height: 2em;text-indent: 2em;"><span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0);font-size: 16px;text-indent: 2em;">（</span><span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0);font-size: 16px;text-indent: 2em;">二）禁止在禁火区内吸烟、野炊和玩火；</span><br/></p><p style="text-align: justify;line-height: 2em;text-indent: 2em;"><span style="font-size: 16px;color: rgb(0, 0, 0);letter-spacing: 2px;">（三）禁止在禁火区内未经批准擅自炼山、焚烧疫木；</span></p><p style="text-align: justify;line-height: 2em;text-indent: 2em;"><span style="font-size: 16px;color: rgb(0, 0, 0);letter-spacing: 2px;">（四）禁止在禁火区内烧荒、烧稻草、烧田坎、烧草木灰等；</span></p><p style="text-align: justify;line-height: 2em;text-indent: 2em;"><span style="font-size: 16px;color: rgb(0, 0, 0);letter-spacing: 2px;">（五）禁止在禁火区内上坟烧纸、上香、燃放烟花爆竹。</span></p><p style="text-align: justify;line-height: 2em;text-indent: 2em;"><span style="font-size: 16px;color: rgb(0, 0, 0);letter-spacing: 2px;"><br/></span></p><p style="text-align: justify;line-height: 2em;text-indent: 2em;"><strong><span style="font-size: 16px;color: rgb(0, 0, 0);letter-spacing: 2px;">四、责任追究：</span></strong><span style="font-size: 16px;color: rgb(0, 0, 0);letter-spacing: 2px;">凡违反禁令规定的单位和个人，依据《中华人民共和国治安管理处罚法》和《江西省森林防火条例》等法律法规进行处罚；造成重大损失，情节严重的，移送司法机关追究刑事责任。</span></p><p style="text-align: justify;line-height:
