经向小区物业方面了解核实，融创政务壹号小区地库产权不计容，属于非公摊面积，车位产权售卖前归地产公司所有。地产公司预留住宅部分80个车位和位于公寓部分的人防车位用于业主临停，其他车位已全部对外销售。根据产权人要求，物业公司对已售出私人产权车位进行上锁。

2022年9月27日 现在的物业真是牛，业主出钱请他们来服务业主，现在确成了老子养着，希望有关部门能对物业公司加强整顿 说穿了就是相关部门不作为…！深圳所有小区出库，都是只租不卖，政府部门规定的。大大的利用好停车位的资源。 盼九江早点实现只租不卖！ 必须吐槽一下这病态，h 浪费资源啊，地下车库本来是合理配置资源的。结果，变成物业“发财”的方式之一 浪费柱子，直接锁起来就好了啊。现在经济不景气，逼迫业主，业主就会买了，笨蛋物业啊 这就是想让业主买车位吧，方式下作，不可取 又一个小区逼迫业主买车位的 做法太过分了
