!important;">新型冠状病毒感染患者在我省范围内各定点医疗机构（含临时纳入医保协议管理的医疗机构）发生的,符合卫生健康部门制定的《新型冠状病毒感染诊疗方案》的住院医疗费用，继续按照《江西省医保局 江西省财政厅关于做好新型冠状病毒感染的肺炎疫情医疗保障工作的通知》（赣医保电〔2020〕2号）和《江西省医保局办公室 江西省财政厅办公室 江西省卫生健康委办公室关于进一步做好新型冠状病毒感染的肺炎疫情医疗保障工作的补充通知》（赣医保办字〔2020〕3号）“两个确保”费用保障政策执行。<span style="outline: 0px;max-width: 100%;color: rgb(0, 122, 170);box-sizing: border-box !important;overflow-wrap: break-word !important;">参保患者住院医疗费用在基本医保、大病保险、医疗救助等按规定支付后的个人负担部分由财政部门负担，其中：中央财政补助60％，参保地财政负担40％（未参保的由户籍所在地财政部门负担40％）。</strong></span>上述住院医疗费用先由就医地定点医疗机构垫付，再向财政部门申请结算。具体结算事项另行通知。 </section><section style="outline: !important;">协同实施分级诊疗，引导患者基层就医，确保医疗服务平稳有序。加大医保对农村地区、城市社区等基层医疗机构（二级及以下医疗机构）倾斜支持力度，对在基层医保定点医疗机构发生的，新型冠状病毒感染及疑似症状参保患者门急诊费用，实施专项保障，鼓励基层医疗机构配足医保目录内（含临时增补）新型冠状病毒感染治疗药物。参保患者在基层医保定点医疗机构发生的，符合《新型冠状病毒感染诊疗方案（试行第十版）》且在医保目录范围内，<strong style="outline: 0px;max-width: 100%;box-sizing: border-box !important;overflow-wrap: break-word !important;"><span style="outline: 0px;max-width: 100%;color: rgb(0, 122, 170);box-sizing: border-box !important;">临时纳入我省基本医保统筹基金支付范围，不设起付线和封顶线，统一报销比例为70%。</span></strong>专项门诊保障报销后不再叠加享受其他医保报销（含门诊统筹）政策。全省统一启用“新冠门诊”医疗类别，通过全省统一的医疗保障信息系统结算相关门急诊费用，实现联网即时结算报销；不能即时结算的，可持相关门诊费用票据到参保地医保经办机构申请手工报销。</section><section 关于规范医保基金支付新冠病毒核酸检测费用有关问题的通知》（赣医保字〔2022〕32号）文件要求执行，严格执行医保基金支付有关规定，不得擅自扩大支付范围，切实保障好参保群众就医看病时所需新冠病毒核酸检测费用，按规定予以支付。“密切接触者”“境外入境人员”“新住院患者陪护人员”等发生非看病就医核酸检测费用，不纳入医保基金支付范围。</section><section style="outline: !important;">（一）新型冠状病毒感染实施“乙类乙管”，是党中央、国务院在综合评估病毒变异、疫情形势和我国防控工作等基础上作出的重大决策，各地各相关部门要提高政治站位，加强部门协调联动，切实履行职责，确保政策落地见效。医保部门负责相关费用审核、结算工作，加强基金监管；财政部门负责及时拨付财政补助资金；卫生健康部门负责指导医疗机构及时做好新冠患者的认定、信息登记与上传工作，及时公布提供
