九江将继续实行烟花爆竹禁燃禁放

122, 170);">今年春节期间，我市将继续执行烟花爆竹禁燃禁放政策。</span></strong></section><section style="line-height: 2em;"><br/></section><section style="text-indent: 2em;letter-spacing: 2px;line-height: 2em;">“爆竹声中辞旧岁，焰火花里贺新年。”在春节燃放烟花爆竹是我国的传统习俗之一，虽然燃放烟花爆竹能为人们增添许多喜庆的色彩，但现代城市小区楼层高、居住密度大，因燃放烟花爆竹不慎而引起的火灾事故屡屡发生，容易造成人员伤亡和财产损失。近期，许多群众刚从新冠病毒感染中康复过来，呼吸道和肺部还比较敏感和脆弱，也需要良好的休息调养。九江市第三人民医院肺一科主治医师张羽向记者介绍：“燃放烟花爆竹会向空气中释放大量二氧化硫、氮氧化物及烟尘、重金属盐等颗粒物，这些颗粒物一旦吸入肺部，很难被清除，长时间粘连在肺泡上，会增加罹患肺部疾病，甚至是肺癌的风险。从近期收治的患者情况看，烟花爆竹造成的空气污染不仅会引发中毒，还可能会加重新冠病毒肺部症状。”</section><section style="line-height: 2em;"><br/></section><section style="text-indent: 2em;letter-spacing: 2px;line-height: 2em;">自2016年12月22日起，九江通过地方立法形式，在城市建成区（中心城区和县城）范围内全面禁止销售和燃放烟花爆竹，其他地区实行分时分地限制燃放。这个政策已生效整整五年，至今仍然在执行。对于非法生产、储存、运输、销售和违规燃放烟花爆竹者，公安、应急管理、市场监管、交通等部门将依法予以行政处罚，严重情形还会涉嫌犯罪。</section><section 春节燃放爆竹是中国人的传统，现在不少人讲环保提倡禁放也是新的理念。在这个问题上既不能简单的一禁了之，也不可一放快乐之。是否可在产品上做点改革，如爆竹内药物少一些，燃放后产生的垃圾产生的少一些，燃放时产生的噪音小一些。如果消费者、商家和生产厂家都能来建言献策，改进爆竹，这样都是受益者，放与禁的矛盾也就解决，以后过年。 支持禁放。烟花爆竹既污染环境又扰民，还有巨大的安全隐患，有百害而无一利。 传统节日传统过，把烟花爆竹还给节日才对，不然怎么告诉祖国的未来中国传统文化是什么样子的？难道全靠想象？ 汽车每年交通事故死伤多少人，汽车尾气污染环境，怎么不禁汽车呢？禁烟花，那还不如把春节也禁掉算了。有啥意义呢？其实就是放个假亲戚朋友们大吃大喝，人情事故，红包炸弹，可比烟花恶心多了。 通知我发了，出了事别说是我允许放的，该怎么处理就怎么处理。懂了不？ 唉。只能去乡下放了，对面小池不一样放？烟雾不一样飘过来？
