style="font-size:17px;">宫颈癌源于高危型人乳头瘤病毒（HPV）持续性感染所致，是目前唯一病因明确、可防可控的癌症。HPV疫苗是目前预防宫颈癌的重要“武器”。研究结果显示，中国女性感染高危型HPV的第一个高峰是15至24岁。为性暴露前的9至14岁女性接种2剂次HPV疫苗可提供最佳保护，能有效预防成年后因感染HPV而患宫颈癌。</span></p><p style="font-size:17px;">按照我省的相关实施方案，只要有我省学籍或户籍、处于初中阶段、2023年12月31日前不满14周岁且未接种过HPV疫苗的女性，都可以按知情自愿的原则享受免费接种。省计划生育协会专职副会长罗礼生介绍称，HPV疫苗按照可预防的病毒型别多少分为二价、四价和九价，其中二价疫苗可以预防导致宫颈癌的两种高危型（即16、18型）病毒感染。</span></p><p
