<section><p style="text-align:justify;line-height: 1.75em; margin-bottom: 20px; text-indent: 2em;"><span style="font-size: 16px;">近期，有不少市民发现，在两湖综合治理过程中，项目施工方正在向南门湖中间进行填土作业。这让大家十分疑惑，<span style="color: rgb(84, 141, 212);"><strong>填土是为了做什么呢？湖域面积会减少吗？</strong></span></span></p><p style="text-align: center; line-height: 1.75em; margin-bottom: 20px; text-indent: 0em;"><span style="color: rgb(84, 141, 212); font-size: 16px;"><strong><span style="color: rgb(84, 141, 212); font-size: 18px;"></span></strong></span></p><p style="text-align:justify;line-height: 1.75em; margin-bottom: 20px; text-indent: 2em;"><span style="font-size: 16px;">记者带着同样的疑惑走进了两湖综合治理工程项目施工现场。记者看到，南门湖的中央区域一些工程车辆正在进行填土运输作业。项目施工方技术负责人花朝阳告诉记者：<span style="color: rgb(84, 141, 212);"><strong>“这是两湖综合治理工程环湖施工中两条临时施工便道的填筑作业，之后会进行硬化处理，减少扬尘污染。”</strong></span><br/></span></p><p style="text-align: center; line-height: 1.75em; margin-bottom: 20px; text-indent: 0em;"><span style="color: rgb(84, 141, 212); font-size: 16px;"><strong><span style="color: rgb(84, 141, 212); font-size: 18px;"></span></strong></span></p><p style="text-align:justify;line-height: 1.75em; margin-bottom: 20px; text-indent: 2em;"><span style="font-size: 16px;">据了解，目前项目施工方选派技术骨干力量，紧锣密鼓精心组织策划，与多方单位积极沟通协商，反复研究论证，“对症下药”提出施工方案。临时施工便道就是为满足此次工程施工需求，<span style="font-size: 16px; color: rgb(31, 73, 125);"><strong>修建的两条穿湖临时道路，分别为500米和600米，用于场内施工土方及材料的运输，同时减少工程车辆对市政道路的影响和依赖。</strong></span><br/></span></p><p style="text-align:justify;line-height: 1.75em; margin-bottom: 20px; text-indent: 2em;"><span style="font-size: 16px;">花朝阳介绍说：“施工期间，会有大量的材料和设备进出场，如果全都从周边的市政道路进行运输的话，会对市民造成很大的影响和安全隐患，出于这方面考虑，我们在南门湖内，新修了一条临时便道。出于安全考虑，周边有很多高挡墙，湖水放干之后，跟挡墙的高度差比较大，我们需要把湖底垫高一些，保证施工期间的安全。因为该工艺要进行基坑支护，要打维护桩，维护桩机械非常大，必须要填筑一条路（临时便道）去满足机械施工。”<br/></span></p><p style="text-align:justify;line-height: 1.75em; margin-bottom: 20px; text-indent: 2em;"><span style="font-size: 16px;">据悉，<span style="font-size: 16px; color: rgb(31, 73, 125);"><strong>两湖综合治理工程共分为五个阶段</strong></span><span style="color: rgb(84, 141, 212);"><strong>，</strong></span>通过环湖箱涵及污水管建设、湖泊清淤、水生态构建、岸线景观建设、补水管线施工等措施力促再现“一池春水”。同时在保证工期的情况下，项目多措并举积极推进文明施工：<strong>一是</strong>通过白天岸边施工、夜晚远离居民住宿点施工，尽可能降低噪声对居民的影响；<strong>二是</strong>渣土车辆采取错峰运输的手段，积极维护市区交通安全；<strong>三是</strong>做好围挡维护和扬尘治理工作，保证通行的人和车的安全；<strong>四是</strong>通过特别措施进行异味消除，减少对周边居民的影响。<br/></span></p><p style="text-align:justify;line-height: 1.75em; margin-bottom: 20px; text-indent: 2em;"><span style="font-size: 16px;">“请广大市民不要担心，也不要有所误解，我们在这里承诺，在工程结束之后，我们会逐步把临时便道在内的所有的临时设施全部拆除，两湖的湖域面积是不会有一分一毫地减少的。”花朝阳说道。<br/></span></p><p style="text-align:justify;line-height: 1.75em; margin-bottom: 20px; text-indent: 2em;"><span style="font-size: 16px;">目前，项目施工方时刻秉持着“一天也不耽误，一天也不懈怠”精神正在大干快干，确保如期完工。项目竣工后，湖域面积不会有任何减少，将重现两湖昔日美景。<br/></span></p><p style="text-align:justify;line-height: 1.75em; margin-bottom: 20px;"><span style="font-size: 16px;">（沈俊豪 九江日报全媒记者 谈思宏/文 张驰 刘家/配图）</span></p></section><p><br/></p><link rel="stylesheet" href="//bbs.jjxw.cn/source/plugin/wcn_editor/public/wcn_editor_fit.css?v134_r70" id="wcn_editor_css"/> 变成大鱼塘 是否请告诉市民，计划多久竣工？ 建议岸线观景取消低于人行道，应该平行人行道，这样起到的作用更大，更美观。
