关于邀请三级安全生产标准化评审单位入驻江西省网上中介服务超市的通告

font-size: 16px; cursor: default; line-height: 2; white-space: normal; text-indent: 2em;">为进一步加强全市三级安全生产标准化定级工作，规范三级安全生产标准化评审单位的监督管理和考核，依据《江西省应急管理厅关于印发江西省企业安全生产标准化建设定级实施办法（试行）的通知》（赣应急字〔2022〕49号）、《九江市人民政府办公室关于印发江西省网上中介超市九江分厅管理暂行办法的通知》（九府办字〔2022〕111号）和《九江市应急管理局关于贯彻落实<江西省企业安全生产标准化建设定级实施办法（试行）>的通知》（九应急字〔2022〕117号）要求，现面向社会诚邀具备三级安全生产标准化评审单位相应资质的中介服务机构入驻江西省网上中介服务超市。现将有关事项通告如下：</p><p style="margin-top: 14px; line-height: 2; white-space: normal; text-indent: 2em;">为行政管理工作（包括行政许可、行政处罚、行政强制、行政检查、行政给付、行政征收、行政裁决、行政确认、行政奖励和其他行政行为）提供有偿中介服务的企业、事业单位、社会组织等机构（以下简称中介服务机构）。</p><p style="margin-top: 14px; margin-bottom: 14px; line-height: 2; white-space: normal; text-indent: 2em;">中介服务机构按照自愿原则申请入驻，入驻中介超市的中介服务机构应当符合以下条件：</p><p style="margin-top: 14px; margin-bottom: 14px; padding: 0px; border: 0px; outline: 0px; vertical-align: baseline; background: rgb(255, 255, 255); color: rgb(51, 51, 51); font-family: Microsoft YaHei; font-size: 16px; cursor: default; line-height: 2; white-space: normal; text-indent: 2em;">（一）具备相关资质（资格）条件</p><p style="margin-top: 14px; margin-bottom: 14px; padding: 0px; border: 0px; outline: 0px; vertical-align: baseline; background: rgb(255, 255, 255); color: rgb(51, 51, 51); font-family: Microsoft YaHei; font-size: 16px; cursor: default; margin-bottom: 14px; padding: 0px; border: 0px; outline: 0px; vertical-align: baseline; background: rgb(255, 255, 255); color: rgb(51, 51, 51); font-family: Microsoft YaHei; font-size: 16px; cursor: default; line-height: 2; white-space: normal; text-indent: 2em;">（一）中介服务机构访问江西省网上中介服务超市门户网站（https://jxswszjcs.jxzwfww.gov.cn），点击【中介机构登录】使用法人账号（未注册法人账号的，在登录页面下方点击【法人注册】按钮完成法人账号注册）登录后，按要求填写并上传中介机构授权委托书（格式见附件）等有关材料原件扫描件、在线签订承诺书，提交入驻申请。</p><p style="margin-top: 14px; margin-bottom: 14px; padding: 0px; border: 0px; outline: 0px; vertical-align: baseline; background: rgb(255, 255, 255); color: rgb(51, 51, 51); font-family: Microsoft YaHei; font-size: 16px; cursor: default; line-height: 2; white-space: normal; text-indent: 2em;">中介服务机构业务授权人不得同时在两家或以上单位任职，系统自动核验填报的人员身份证号码是否已登记存在，若存在则无法进行下一步操作。</p><p style="margin-top: 14px; margin-bottom: 14px; padding: 0px; border: 0px; outline: 0px; vertical-align: baseline; background: rgb(255, 255, 255); color: rgb(51, 51, 51); font-family: Microsoft YaHei; font-size: 16px; cursor: default; line-height: 2; white-space: normal; text-indent: 2em;">（二）中介服务机构提交入驻申请后，注册地为省外和省本级的中介服务机构，由省级中介超市运营机构负责审核；注册地为市、县（区）级的中介服务机构，由注册所在地市、县（区）级中介超市运营机构负责审核。</p><p style="margin-top: 14px; line-height: 2; white-space: normal; text-indent: 2em;">（三）对存在资质认定或已取消资质认定但仍需备案的中介服务，由省行业主管部门审核中介机构相关资质（资格）信息；对于市县独有的相关资质（资格），可由省行业主管部门授权委托的市县行业主管部门审核；对已取消资质认定且不需要备案的中介服务，由中介超市运营机构负责审核中介机构从业人员相应资质及其他方面的资质情况。</p><p style="margin-top: 14px;
