17px;">为持之以恒落实中央八项规定精神，深化勤廉建设，推动全市政治生态持续向上向好，经市委同意，在全市（不含驻市单位）党员干部、公职人员中开展违规吃喝、违规收礼、违规放贷、违规经商等四类问题（以下简称“四类违规问题”）专项整治。依据《中国共产党纪律处分条例》《中华人民共和国公职人员政务处分法》等有关规定，贯彻宽严相济方针，现将有关事项通告如下：</span></p><section 17px;">一、自本通告发布之日起至2023年8月31日，存在“四类违规问题”的党员干部和公职人员，凡主动向组织如实交代本人问题、主动上交不当所得的，依纪依法从轻或者减轻处理，情节较轻的，依纪依法免予或不予党纪政务处分。</span></section><section style="text-indent: 2em;line-height: 2em;"><span style="font-size: 17px;"><br/></span></section><section style="text-indent: 2em;line-height: 2em;"><span style="font-size: 17px;">二、凡拒不主动向组织如实交代本人问题的，或者在专项整治期间仍不收手不收敛的，依纪依法从严从重处理。</span></section><section style="text-indent: 2em;line-height: 2em;"><span style="font-size: 17px;"><br/></span></section><section style="text-indent: 2em;line-height: 2em;"><span style="font-size: 17px;">三、全市各级党委（党组）应采取有效方式，积极动员和敦促存在“四类违规问题”的党员干部和公职人员主动向组织如实交代本人问题。对动员和敦促走过场、搞形式，造成不良影响的，依纪依法追责问责。</span></section><section
