0px;">每年发放高温津贴的时间为6月、7月、8月、9月（共4个月），从事室外和高温作业人员每人每月不低于300元，室内非高温作业人员每人每月不低于200元；用人单位选择按照劳动者实际从事高温作业的天数计发高温津贴的，每人每天不低于20元</strong></span>。用人单位为劳动者提供的<strong style="outline: 0px;"><span
