outline: 0px; max-width: 100%; font-size: 16px; box-sizing: border-box !important; overflow-wrap: break-word !important; user-select: text !important;"> 这四次治理时间和实施内容分别为：2000年3月—2004年3月，主要从清淤、防洪排涝、截污、引水等四方面对两湖进行治理。2005年10月-2007年1月，主要以龙开河故道疏浚和联系水道工程为主，增设了三中泵站提升泵，引八里湖水到两湖，补充活水。2017年12月—2018年11月，主要为驳岸边水生植物种植、布置生态绿化岛(主要在丽景湾排污口处)、改造三中泵站、排污井升级改造（沃尔玛对面）、沙子墩闸口封堵及更换新桥头闸启闭设备等。</span></p><p style="margin-top: 0px; 自从填埋了龙开河，十里河以及湓浦水就成为了死水淤积在八里湖中直到发黑发臭，这样的湖水用大型泵抽进两湖，能不臭吗？！
