为了缓解库存高企的压力，不少企业也开始通过延伸产业链，制作腊肉、香肠、零食等深加工产品去库存，提高企业利润。
全国大范围降温之后猪肉消费逐步回暖，再加上南方即将进入腌肉季及元旦、春节双节将至，未来猪价会有一个企稳向上的动力，但受供需不平衡的影响，四季度猪价不具备上涨的基础。 今年很多精英都进入农业农村领域，成了2023年“创业难民”了，亏本的比较多 应该让肉价稍微涨点，猪农也可以赚点 城里人过年，一般都是去农贸市场挑猪肉，浙江一对亲姐妹花2600元合伙去农村买了一头年猪！这头年猪毛重220斤，整猪价2300元，运费100元，屠宰费200元，一共花了2600元，最后获肉140多斤。按整猪折算，每斤猪10.45元，按净肉折算，每斤肉18.57元。猪头、猪血、猪肝、猪心、大肠、小肠、猪肚、猪油等都算白送的，对比城市的肉价，不光买卖划算，还增添了热闹喜庆。
她们的父亲一合计，说还是杀年猪划算，明年也要拼年猪，到时候找四户人家，拼一头300斤的年猪。“这头年猪小，整猪每斤10块4毛5，如果超过280斤的年猪，整猪每斤9块5也买得到，还能便宜几百块钱。”
