术业有专攻，人才须努力，工作岗位也有不同，在那些对身体有严重影响的岗位，不得不实施提前退休之说，这是大爱的表现是人性的关怀，劳动法才是最大的保障。 什么时候开始准备养老？这是一个问题。有人认为到了年龄再做也来得及，但是对于这个问题，清华教授表示越早越好。陈秉正教授认为，养老问题应该更早地实施，从工作后拿到第一个月的工资开始，就应该有计划地为养老进行储蓄，早十年和晚十年结果完全不一样。
