visible;">经查，汪承根身为党员领导干部，理想信念动摇，政治意识淡薄，对抗组织审查；目无法纪，为官不廉，收受可能影响公正执行公务的财物，向从事公务的人员赠送财物谋取利益；生活腐化，沉迷赌博，追求低级趣味；利欲熏心，贪婪无度，与其他党员干部沆瀣一气，长期共同违规经商办企业，充当“白手套”和“代理人”，甘于被围猎，甚至主动寻求围猎，利用其他党员干部职务上的便利为他人在金融合作、融资贷款、项目承接等方面谋利，共同非法收受巨额财物。</span></p><p style="outline: 0px;text-indent: 2em;line-height: 2em;"><span style="outline: 0px;font-size: 18px;">汪承根严重违反党的政治纪律、廉洁纪律，无视国家法律法规，构成严重违纪违法并涉嫌受贿犯罪，且在党的十八大后仍不收敛、不收手、不知止，性质恶劣，情节严重，应予严肃处理。依据《中国共产党纪律处分条例》《中华人民共和国监察法》《中华人民共和国公职人员政务处分法》等有关规定，经中国人民银行江西省分行党委研究，决定给予汪承根开除党籍处分，取消其退休待遇。经九江市监委研究，决定将汪承根涉嫌受贿犯罪问题移送检察机关依法审查起诉，所涉财物一并移送<span
