2022年12月29日，德安县市场监管局执法人员在德安县兴驼源食品店日常监督检查时，发现该店经营场所内张贴驼奶粉宣传牌，称其可以增强免疫力，治疗疾病的作用。另外，在店内发现一台笔记本电脑，里面PPT内容有“对肾有好处，乳铁蛋白和免疫球蛋白等在内的保护性蛋白质对治疗肾病起着重要作用”。该店营业人员通过发放宣传单、电脑播放PPT等形式向中老年消费者宣传其经营的驼奶粉可预防和治疗疾病，引诱他们购买其驼奶粉。当事人对经营中宣称的治疗功效无法提供相关佐证依据。当事人上述行为，违反《中华人民共和国反不正当竞争法》第八条第一款的规定，德安县市场监管局对当事人作出上述行政处罚。</span></p><p 2023年4月14日，景德镇市场监管局接投诉举报，反映家中老人在珠山区飞鹰日用品商行遭遇保健品诈骗，执法人员对当事人进行检查。经查，当事人在经营过程中通过微信朋友圈、老顾客推荐介绍等方式对其店内销售的一款名为“颐品汉方九立方植物复合压片糖果”进行夸大、引人误解的宣传，称服用该产品可以达成改善痛风、面部痉挛、腱鞘炎，替代胰岛素控制血糖、解决肩周炎、颈椎疼，提高人体免疫力，提升精气神等效果。实际上，该产品为普通食品，产品包装介绍上未涉及任何保健功能。当事人从2022年8月开始销售该产品并实施虚假宣传的行为，违法经营额为19256元，违法所得为3241元。当事人的行为，违反了《中华人民共和国反不正当竞争法》第八条第一款的规定，景德镇市市场监管局对当事人作出上述行政处罚。</span></p><p
