2px;">专案组民警发现，刷单平台分工明确，有招商人员、技术人员、“刷手”、客服等不同工种。其中，招商人员邀请商家入驻，扩大平台使用量，并从中获取分红。技术人员负责平台的搭建与日常运营。“刷手”分为三级，“刷手”“刷手师傅”“刷手住持”，高级带低级，且高级可抽取低级佣金分成。客服负责解决用户使用过程中的问题，并向总部反馈。</span></section><section 2px;">“正是因为人员分散于各地，且网站注册不需实名，给抓捕工作带来不少困难。”熊涛涛说，要将虚假身份落实到位并不容易，进入平台也需凭借他人发送的链接，商户、“刷手”、管理者等都有属于自己的账户，平常主要通过网络联系。“想抓住犯罪嫌疑人，就必须搞清楚人员结构。”在研判过程中，民警通过特殊手段了解清楚刷单平台人员结构，并锁定重点人员位置，与多地警方合作，逐个抓捕。</span></section><p 2px;">“不刷单就没有销量，我看别人的店铺刷单后流量变大，有些眼红。”王林说，他想提升店铺的购买率及好评率，便通过社交平台招募“刷手”，让他们购买产品并给予好评。后来，王林将刷单群资源共享给了同行，群内“刷手”帮店铺刷单，他从中抽取佣金。</span></section><section style="outline: 0px;text-indent: 2em;line-height: 2px;">维持刷单群的正常运作并不容易，王林需要专门请人核算，谁刷了多少单、佣金多少，垫付了多少钱，刷单成功率如何。“当我感觉到很累，获利刚好抵扣请人刷单的成本，快要运营不下去的时候，从朋友那里接触到了专门的刷单平台。”王林说，在经过了解后，他从刷单平台总站处购买了网站服务，相当于一个“小总站”。总站会给王林的“小总站”提供技术支持，由专业的团队对接，人力成本大为减少，刷单效率也有所提高。</span></section><section
