红星资本局2月23日消息，据长江日报报道，一女子于近日查出宫颈癌，但其曾在3年前接种了HPV疫苗，这也引发了网友对于接种HPV疫苗后为何还会出现宫颈癌等情况的热议。
2月23日，一名来自浙江大学医学院附属妇产科医院的医生告诉红星资本局，接种HPV疫苗并不意味着不会患宫颈癌，其意义在于可以大大降低患宫颈癌的风险。
“HPV九价疫苗包含高危型HPV16、18、31、33、45、52、58型及低危型HPV6、11型。其中高危型都容易引发宫颈病变，尤其是16型和18型，极其高危”。上述医生表示。
其还称，接种HPV疫苗会大大降低患宫颈癌的风险，但每年也需要宫颈癌筛查。
另据报道，来自武汉市第六医院（江汉大学附属医院）妇科团队的李双教授表示，接诊中发现，很多女性都认为只要接种了HPV疫苗就一劳永逸。但是，目前没有一种HPV疫苗可以100%预防所有型别HPV的感染，即使是九价HPV疫苗也只能覆盖大约92%的致癌型别。很多女性在接种疫苗时，已经感染高危型HPV病毒，仍有机会发生宫颈癌变。
李双指出，只要有过性行为的女性，都应该将宫颈癌筛查纳入到体检计划中来。即便接种了HPV疫苗，依然要像正常女性一样定期做宫颈“HPV+TCT”筛查。一旦出现不规则出血或接触性出血等症状，要警惕宫颈病变的可能，及时前往专科就诊。
