就在同一天，湖北武汉市内部分过江桥梁斜拉钢索也出现了冰柱下坠现象，多位网友发布视频显示开车过桥时，车窗被高空坠冰砸中，目击者称冰块比砖头都大。
去年2月24日，黑龙江哈尔滨一女子在行走时，一段房檐冰锥掉落，女子躲闪不及被冰块砸中。
“冰溜子”威力有多大？
在大风、阳光照射或震动作用下，冰凌常常会自由落体，从高空坠下。那么，这些高空坠冰究竟有多大威力，一起来看看消防人员进行的试验。
试验开始，消防员找来一根重量约200克的冰凌，从4楼10米左右的高度坠下，放置在下方的钢盆被砸中部位出现了明显的变形。当抛下重量约1公斤的冰块，整个钢盆立刻被砸得面目全非，钢制的水盆底部明显凹陷。
如果是行人被冰锥砸中，会是怎样的伤害？消防员找来一块鲜肉模拟人体肌肤。将一根长度在30厘米的冰锥从二楼4米的高度垂直抛下，冰锥接触鲜肉后瞬间断裂成几段。仔细观察发现，大约有5厘米长的冰锥刺入了鲜肉中，如果是行人经过，后果不堪设想。 2月25日下午6时左右，德州市武城县金马商城小区就发生了这样一起事件。一名女子在小区楼下被从水管上脱落的冰柱砸中，倒地受伤。幸运的是，伤者意识清醒，随后被紧急送往医院救治。物业方面表示，伤者目前没有生命危险，并已对相关安全隐患进行了排查。
根据《中华人民共和国侵权责任法》，物业管理公司作为小区的管理者，有责任确保小区内的公共设施安全，预防此类事故的发生。如果物业未能履行这一职责，导致业主或他人受到伤害，物业可能需要承担相应的赔偿责任。此外，如果冰柱的形成是由于极端天气或其他不可抗力因素导致的，物业的责任可能会有所减轻。 罕见一幕!中国最高楼顶楼被冻住了
2月26日，有市民发现，上海中心高层外墙结冰了，如同雪顶。
上海中心大厦位于上海市陆家嘴金融贸易区银城中路501号，是上海市的一座巨型高层地标式摩天大楼，现为中国第一高楼、世界第三高楼 ，始建于2008年11月29日，于2016年3月12日完成建筑总体的施工工作。
上海中心大厦主要用途为办公、酒店、商业、观光等公共设施，主楼为地上127层，建筑高度632米。经了解，积雪部位是大厦露天区域，不对公众开放。
连日来，上海温度低湿度大，上海中心楼顶区域平均温度在零下5度左右，部分区域出现结冰和积雪等自然现象。随着温度的回升，楼顶结冰区域逐渐融化，部分区域出现冰雪坠落现象。
上海中心从2月25日起对大厦2号门部分没有遮蔽的区域和路段进行临时管控。 这两天温度升高，情况已经一去不复返了！
