我家的物业还不错，想当年家里厨房水管漏水渗到楼下，不得已关了总阀，还是过年过节的，物业二话不说打水送上门，真是让人感动坏了

希望物业由政府部门监督管理，不能让物业整出一黑心鬼，把业主当作摇钱树，把赚钱当作物业公司的目标！

万达历思联行物业，6分不能再多了，勉强及格个，面对业主的诉求小事积极响应，稍微要花钱的就装傻沉默了事，也不公开小区广告营收，给6分算给面子了:lol
