5.文明礼让:遛狗遇到路人时，应主动避让，特别是在遇到孩子和老人时更应该控制好狗狗。
6.承担责任:万一发生犬只伤人事件，主人必须承担相应的经济赔偿和法律责任。 一、依法养犬。养犬是个人的权利和自由，但别忽略了履行管好犬只的义务和有关犬只管理的法律法规。《中华人民共和国民法典》《中华人民共和国动物防疫法》《中华人民共和国侵权责任法》等法律法规，都对犬只管理和犬只伤人应承担的责任等作了明确规定。养有犬只的朋友要做到依法养犬，避免因为养犬而触犯法律法规，给自己的声誉和生活造成困扰。

1.理智养犬。狗狗再可爱再通人性，也是狗狗，不是人，不能把狗狗当成人来养。

3.及时办理养犬证。做到无证不养犬。
4.遛狗一定拴狗绳。无论大小狗狗，都要拴狗绳。不要以为自己养的狗狗不大、很老实就不拴狗绳。小狗也会咬人，看着挺老实挺温顺的狗狗，也有发脾气的时候。
5.随时收拾狗狗粪便。不要让狗狗乱拉乱尿，及时清理狗狗粪便，当真正合格的铲屎官。
6.按时给狗狗打预防针。狂犬疫苗及其他应打的预防针，要按时带狗狗去宠物医院接种，不得有侥幸心理。
7.不带宠物犬靠近小孩子，遛狗尽量远离人群。在外遛狗，一定远离小孩子，即使拴着狗绳，也不要让狗狗靠近小孩子，因为小孩子喜欢抚摸狗狗，狗狗有可能攻击孩子。选择偏僻的地方遛狗，不靠近其他人群，因为不是所有人都喜欢狗狗，不喜欢狗狗的人，看到狗狗靠近，心里会很不舒服。
8.不要让狗狗乱叫扰民。无论在家还是在地下室或车库养狗狗，一定要确保它不乱叫，否则太扰民，让邻居心烦。特别是在地下室或车库养狗，狗狗夜里有可能大声叫，那就不要把它放在地下室了，或者送到乡下，找亲友代养。
9.不在小区给狗狗梳理毛发。不少狗狗到了换毛期，随便一梳，或轻轻抓一把，狗毛纷飞，在别人造成困扰，因此，一定不要在外面梳理狗狗毛发。
10.狗狗因病或意外死亡理智对待。及时对狗狗进行无害化处理，不要过分伤心，更不要举行所谓的“葬礼”形式。
