216-2018）》来进行。疫情广泛的主要地区包括热带和亚热带地区，重点在东南亚、西太平洋地区和美洲。
登革热的治疗原则主要为早发现、早诊断、早防蚊隔离、早治疗，包括但不限于药物退热，保持液体平衡和补液，避免过度服用可能加重胃炎出血的治疗药物等。对于已经产生休克现象的严重患者，医生会尽快进行液体复苏治疗以及各类药物尽快纠正体内的酸碱失衡。登革热是一种自限性很强的传染病，通常预后良好，但如合并心肌炎、心功能衰竭、重度出血、肝衰竭等情况时，会对预后产生影响。

每年的5～11月是登革热的传播流行季，流行高峰是7～9月。
具体来看，登革热是由登革病毒引起的，主要由伊蚊叮咬传播的急性虫媒传染病，疫区主要分布在热带和亚热带地区，其中东南亚、西太平洋地区和美洲的流行最为严重。

登革热主要由“花蚊子”传播
登革热主要由“患者→伊蚊→其他人”的途径传播。人与人之间一般不会直接传播疾病。
目前，传播登革热病毒的主要是白纹伊蚊和埃及伊蚊（俗称“花蚊子”）。这两种蚊虫都有黑白花纹，均在白天活动，叮咬吸血时警惕性较高，不易消灭。登革热患者或隐性感染者被伊蚊叮咬后，病毒在伊蚊体内一般需经8～10天的增殖后，才可以通过叮咬将病毒传播给人。
我国人群对登革病毒普遍易感，感染后潜伏期一般为1～14天（多数为5～9天），但也有部分人不发病（即隐性感染者）。能传播登革病毒的媒介伊蚊在我国分布广泛，病毒输入后有可能会被快速传播。
登革热的典型症状有4种
登革热的典型症状可以归纳为：突发高热＋三红征＋三痛+皮疹。
1 突发高热
体温可在24至36小时内升至39或40摄氏度。
2 三红征
即面、颈、胸部潮红。
3 三痛
剧烈头痛、全身关节痛、肌肉酸痛。
4 皮疹
四肢躯干或头面部出现充血性皮疹或点状出血皮疹。
如您过去2周曾在登革热流行的国家或地区逗留，或自己生活与活动的社区、街道甚至城市范围内有登革热病例出现，当出现急性发热（有时可达39℃），并伴有以下一种症状，如明显疲乏、厌食、恶心等，较剧烈的头痛、眼眶痛、全身肌肉痛、骨关节痛，面部、颈部、胸部潮红时，应考虑感染登革热的可能。此时，应尽快到医院就医，并主动向大夫说明自己过去2周的旅行史及可能得了登革热，以尽快得到诊治，并采取防蚊隔离，防止进一步扩散。
避免蚊虫叮咬是预防关键
在生活中，我们该如何做才能远离登革热呢？避免被蚊虫叮咬是关键！
大家前往登革热流行区进行户外活动时，尽量选择浅色的长袖长裤，尽可能使用驱蚊剂或其他驱蚊药物。
此外，预防登革热还要做好以下几项防蚊灭蚊工作。
1.清理家中积水。比如水生植物要定期换水洗瓶（每星期至少1次），不要让花盆底盘留有积水。
2.保持通风干燥。
3.安装纱门纱窗。
4.使用蚊帐。
5.使用灭蚊虫产品。
需要注意的是，目前登革热尚无特效药物，治疗的重点是控制疼痛、及时补液、预防出血，并尽早防蚊隔离。
如不小心感染了登革病毒，也不用过于惊慌。登革热患者一般预后较好，经及时治疗后，基本可以康复，但也有少数重症病例死亡的报道。
