17px;">城镇老旧小区是城市或县城建成的年代较早、失养失修失管、市政配套设施不完善、社区服务设施不健全的住宅小区（含单栋住宅楼）。今年，全市城镇老旧小区改造新开工目标任务95个小区，涉及2688栋、64165户居民、544.49万平方米建筑面积。完成任务为2023年计划任务的89个小区，涉及2786栋、51907户居民、484.03万平方米。按照要求，我市将在5月底前，完成2024年城镇老旧小区改造计划项目全部前期工作；10月底前，纳入计划任务的小区全部开工；12月底前，力争全部完成年度改造任务。</span></p></section></section><section
