2em;">（1）时间：另行通知。（2）地点：另行通知。（3）面试内容：主要测试报考者的语言表达、逻辑思维、应变能力和组织能力等，面试成绩满分为100分。（4）面试规则：根据理论、体能、军事技能、信息化技术考核成绩，从高分到低分按照计划职位数1:3的比例确定入选人员进行面试（与入选对象最后一名成绩并列者一并列入），如报名人数不足1:3比例，则所有人员全部参加面试。面试主要重点考察应试人员的综合分析能力、言语表达能力、计划组织能力、人际交往能力，以及应试人员对报考岗位的求职动机和岗位的匹配性。</p><p style="outline: 0px;text-indent: 2em;">6.成绩计算</p><p style="outline: 0px;text-indent: 2em;">总成绩计算方式：综合成绩=理论考核成绩×20%+体能考核成绩×20%+军事技能考核×20%+信息化技术考核×20%+面试考核×20%，综合考试成绩保留小数点后2位。</p><p style="outline:
