“一楼一档”登记！我市排查民用建筑外墙脱落安全隐患

2px;">既有民用建筑，尤其是高层、老旧房屋外立面因为老化、风化等原因容易脱落，存在一定的安全隐患。为保障市民群众人身安全，排查隐患。日前，我市开展了既有民用建筑外立面脱落安全隐患专项整治工作。</span><span style="font-size: 17px;letter-spacing: 2px;color: rgb(0, 122, 170);"><strong>截至4月底，全市排查隐患建筑总数13518栋，完成整治587个，其中中心城区7710栋，完成整治213个，“九江经验”受到省里高度关注，并在全省推广。</strong></span><span style="letter-spacing: 2px;font-size: 17px;color: rgb(247, 150, 70);"></span></p><p 2px;">为确保专项整治工作取得成效，我市根据省住建厅部署，由市住建局牵头，市公安局、市财政局、市自然资源局、市教育局、市应急管理局、市文化广电旅游局、市民宗局和市卫健委等部门联合出台了《关于印发<全市城市既有民用建筑外立面脱落安全隐患专项整治工作方案>的通知》，确保工作有举措，责任有分工。</span></p><p style="margin-bottom: 20px;font-size: 18px;line-height: 2em;text-indent: 2em;font-family: Helvetica, Arial, sans-serif;"><span style="font-size: 17px;letter-spacing: 2px;">在排查阶段，各地按照管辖范围和职责分工，对城市既有民用建筑外立面脱落安全隐患问题建立网格化排查体系，“一楼一档”建立风险分级台账，细化片区管理，全面推动整治工作。对部分民用建筑存在因资金问题无法完全整治到位现象，要求房屋主体责任人，必须担负房屋外立面脱落的排查排险责任，并采取铲除、加固、支撑等措施排除险情，再通过张贴警示标语、设围栏、拉警戒、搭建防护网等方式，控制安全隐患。</span></p><p style="margin-bottom: 20px;font-size: 18px;line-height: 2em;text-indent: 2em;font-family: Helvetica, Arial, sans-serif;"><span style="font-size: 17px;letter-spacing: 2px;">对排查出的安全隐患问题，在质量保修期之内的，督促相关单位承担保修责任。超出质量保修期且已按规定缴纳住宅专项维修资金的，指导产权人申请使用住宅专项维修资金，并进一步简化维修资金申请流程，鼓励产权人使用应急方式开展维修。对未按规定缴纳住宅专项维修资金的，依据“谁的房子谁负责”原则，督促房屋所有人、管理人、使用人或其他相关人员负责排险维修。符合老旧小区改造的房屋，按照“应纳尽纳”原则，列入我市城镇老旧小区改造范围，全力守护好全市人民群众的生命财产安全。</span></p><section
