先涨价一千元，之后用所谓的补贴，分档次倾销，我当初的等离子彩电不就是这么操作的吗？！三年后该电视真实价就只卖一半价格了，到今天十五年过去了，等离子电视虽说不再生产、旧货新品不过八百元，但是等离子的屏幕换新价却要九百余元！好在我的电视机现在还很好，厂家电话中告诉我说别人的早就坏了，
这样的不切实际忽悠有意义吗？！！！！

分销公司不要假借厂家名义，或许厂家都不知道有此说法。 为“以旧换新活动”叫好！
这样的补贴不要更好 启动家电下乡，初衷是想拉动内需，国家还想以此实现节能减排、提高资源利用率、促进循环经济发展。这一利国惠民的大手笔，对于中标企业，能够大量销售库存并提高市场占有率。事实也证明，自这一活动开展以来，不但帮助中国的家电业渡过了金融危机，更让中标企业积蓄了力量进行产品的升级换代。
不可否认的是，随着家电下乡活动的不断深入，中标企业自身存在的管理问题便伴随左右，之前较突出的为媒体和消费者一直呼唤的家电企业的服务下乡，如今，在下乡产品的售后服务体系还未健全的情况下又现补骗门，原因何在？
最外在的因素，卖场促销员每月都有销售任务，所以他们会想方设法推销产品，以至于出现个别导购人员不遵守家电以旧换新政策规定的工作流程，违规使用回收凭证，导致发生骗取以旧换新补贴。
实际操作中一些不良社会人员混入卖场，利用以旧换新业务谋取私利。这样的回应可以说得通，但似乎又过于牵强。卖场是你们的，事情发生在你们的卖场，也只能说明你们的管理存在漏洞。对此，我们是否应该问问某些家电以旧换新中标企业：产品下乡了，售后服务也应该下乡，难道管理不也应该随之下乡吗？
这里所指的管理，一方面包括企业采用内部严格的监管力度，以杜绝通过打以旧换新活动擦边球的破坏行业声誉；另一方面，更应让企业迫切认识到企业文化管理体系的建设，从而能够让所有的员工与企业站在一起，为企业的长远发展考虑并以身作则，共同遏制危害企业乃至行业发展的不良行为。而这种文化管理体系的建立，不是一朝一夕能够完成，即使现在没有健全，甚至也不会在短时间内影响企业形象，但日积月累下却容易让企业陷入无法收场的地步。
