9月14日，海淀区纪委监委通报醉驾、违反中央八项规定精神典型问题。其中，海淀区委政法委原副书记王文赞醉酒驾驶机动车问题。2024年3月9日，王文赞酒后驾驶机动车，与道路中间护栏相撞，后被公安机关当场抓获。经鉴定，王文赞血液中酒精含量为262mg/100ml。东城区人民法院判决王文赞犯危险驾驶罪，判处其拘役三个月十五日，并处罚金人民币七千元。2024年7月，王文赞受到开除党籍、开除公职处分。 6月5日，池州纪检监察消息，池州通报三起党员干部酒驾醉驾典型问题。
一、池州国厚清通资产管理有限公司市场部原经理宋晓海醉驾问题。2023年12月15日，宋晓海饮酒后驾驶机动车，并具有逃避检查的情形，被公安机关当场查获，经鉴定属于醉酒驾驶机动车。2024年2月，宋晓海因犯危险驾驶罪被判处拘役二个月、缓刑三个月，并处罚金人民币6000元。宋晓海受到开除党籍处分，并被解除劳务关系。
二、东至县胜利中学原党支部书记、校长张朋祥醉驾问题。2022年9月13日，张朋祥饮酒后驾驶机动车，与他人车辆发生碰撞，被公安机关当场查获，经鉴定属于醉酒驾驶机动车。2023年4月，张朋祥因犯危险驾驶罪被判处拘役二个月、缓刑二个月，并处罚金人民币4000元。张朋祥受到开除党籍、开除公职处分。
三、贵池区秋江街道高岭卫生院院长汪福胜酒驾问题。2020年12月17日，汪福胜饮酒后驾驶机动车，被公安机关当场查获，经鉴定属于饮酒驾驶机动车。2020年12月，汪福胜被处以罚款人民币1500元、暂扣机动车驾驶证6个月的行政处罚。汪福胜受到党内警告处分。
