    5月份70个大中城市商品住宅销售价格环比下降 同比降幅略有扩大：何为环比下降，同比降幅？所谓环比下降，是经济学术语，指的是与相连的上一期相比，相关数据下降了。同比降幅是指本年累计指标与上一年同月份的累计指标之间的比。“同比”是同期之比的意思。
