照片。所有报名考生均须上传本人免冠电子证件照片，需按《江西省成人高考网上报名免冠电子证件照片要求》（见附件1）准备本人照片。</p><p style="text-indent: 2em;text-wrap: wrap;">3. 学历证书。报考高中起点升本、专科的考生，须上传高级中等教育学校毕业或同等学力有关证明（同等学力认定：初中毕业满三年，或年满18周岁，截至2024年9月1日）；报考专科起点升本科的考生，须上传经教育部审定核准的国民教育系列高等学校或高等教育自学考试机构颁发的专科毕业证书、本科结业证书或以上证书。</p><p style="text-indent: 2em;text-wrap: wrap;">在中国高等教育学生信息网无法查询到本人专科学历信息的报考专升本考生，需自行前往学信网申请学历认证，经审定核准可在学信网查询到本人学历信息后，上传“中国高等教育学历认证报告”。</p><p style="text-indent: 2em;text-wrap: wrap;">高级中等教育学校毕业证书遗失的报考高中起点考生，需自行向原毕业学校申请出具学历证明书，经主管部门验印后，上传“学历证明书”。</p><p style="text-indent: 2em;text-wrap: wrap;">4. 申请享受免试入学或加分政策的，还须上传相应资格证明材料。</p><p style="text-indent: 2em;text-wrap: wrap;">5. 报考医学类的，还须上传工作单位证明和相关执业资格证书。其中，持执业证书报考临床医学、口腔医学、预防医学、中医学等临床类专业和护理学专业的，要确保本人执业信息已注册且在“国家卫生健康委员会政务服务平台”的“医卫人员查询”系统可查询到，请务必准确填写注册执业信息所在省份、所在医疗机构。</p><p style="text-indent: 2em;text-wrap: wrap;">6. 选择工作所在地报考的，外省籍在赣务工人员和本省户籍在非户口所在县（市、区）务工人员，还须上传居民居住证，或者近三个月的社会保险个人权益记录单（社保机构盖章）或缴纳个人所得税凭证（税务部门盖章）原件照片。驻赣部队现役军人选择驻地报考的，应勾选“驻赣部队现役军人”，还须携带团级以上单位开具的介绍信以及本人士兵证、身份证到驻地县区报名点现场线下审核。</p><p><br/></p></section><section
