真正有效的教学方法是任课教师在教学过程中整理、引导并放手的全系列教学过程，，因材施教说的就是这道理，你不能硬性的规定某一模式，顽固的让不类别同学生去使用这一模式，这样也很容易让学生迷茫。 个人觉得，随意托管很容易打压一些有突出想法的老师。 何为托管？难不成四中无力维持自己的教学方式了？！各学校有自己的特色，怎么随意干涉！补充内容 (2024-8-27 12:46):
即便是经验交流，那也得尊重所属任课老师，由任课老师自己根据具体状况来改变教学方法，以便学生进行平稳过渡，这样才是正确的做法，对于文中所说的“托管方式”，我不得不怀疑是有的人想搞个人冒进，以此压制他人！！！！ 教育资源有效整合，本质上就是教育界的一项改革，对于科技创新、人才培养、实现战略性支撑大有好处！
田家炳实验中学是四中不 多个学校联营组教，且各项知识门类齐全，对于打破校际壁垒，实现教育资源有效整合，更好地满足人民群众对优质教育的需求很有好处！
