南方地区高温持续
预计，9月9日白天，陕西南部、河南东部和南部、安徽、湖北、湖南大部、江西、浙江、福建北部、四川盆地中东部、重庆等地有35～36℃高温天气，其中，安徽南部、湖北东部和西部、湖南中北部、江西中北部、浙江中南部、四川盆地东北部和中部、重庆中西部和东北部等地部分地区最高气温37～39℃，重庆东北部局地可达40℃以上。 生成：2024年9月1日晚，台风“摩羯”在菲律宾以东洋面上生成。
第一次登陆：2日下午在菲律宾东北部奥罗拉省卡西古兰市登陆〔路径第一次登陆〕。
进阶：3日下午由热带风暴级加强为强热带风暴级。4日8时加强为台风级 ；14时加强为强台风级；23时加强为超强台风级。5日23时加强至17级以上。
第二次登陆：6日16时20分， 台风“摩羯”以近巅峰强度[最大风力：17级以上，62米/秒（约223公里/小时）]在中国海南省文昌市翁田镇沿海第一次登陆〔路径第二次登陆〕。
第三次登陆：6日22时20分前后以超强台风级[最大风力：17级， 58米/秒（约209公里/小时）]在中国广东省徐闻县角尾乡沿海第二次登陆〔路径第三次登陆〕。
第四次登陆：7日15时30分前后再次以超强台风级[最大风力：17级， 58米/秒（约209公里/小时）]在越南广宁省南部沿海登陆〔路径第四次登陆〕，登陆时中心最低气压925百帕。
台风“摩羯”作为2024年首个秋台风来势凶猛，令中央气象台于2024年9月4日18时发布台风红色预警。2024年9月6日12时40分，香港天文台改发3号风球。9月6日15时，摩羯中心附近风力降至65米/秒，台风眼已有部分上岸。
随着台风登陆，对海上影响将逐渐减小，国家海洋预报台今天下午16时将海浪预警级别降为黄色，并发布风暴潮蓝色警报。
预计8日中午前后解除此次海浪警报。
2024年9月7日~9月13日下周海况重点提示
台风“摩羯”影响减弱后，北部海区还将有一次大浪过程；另外下周西北太平洋和南海海域可能有1～2个台风编号生成，需持续关注。 9月3日17时，今年第11号台风“摩羯”由热带风暴级加强为强热带风暴级，其中心位于海南省文昌市偏东方约820公里的南海东北部海面上，中心附近最大风力有10级（25米/秒）。中央气象台预计，“摩羯”将以每小时5-10公里的速度向西偏北方向移动，于6日白天在海南岛东部到广东西部一带沿海登陆，预计登陆时中心附近最大风力有14-15级（42-50米/秒，强台风级）。中央气象台已于3日18时发布台风黄色预警。中国气象局启动台风四级应急响应。相较常年，今年台风偏多还是偏少？
从历史统计数据可以看到，1949年至2023年，西北太平洋和南海共生成台风2005个，年均27个，总体呈减少趋势，也表现出明显的年代际变化特征，在20世纪90年代中后期台风生成个数明显减少。其中，生成台风个数最多的一年为1967年，共有40个台风生成。生成台风最少的年份是1998年和2010年，均仅有14个台风生成。在西北太平洋和南海生成的台风中有将近四分之一的台风登陆或影响我国。
截至9月3日，今年西北太平洋和南海共有11个台风生成，与常年同期平均13.87个相比偏少了2.87个；已有3个台风（“马力斯”“派比安”“格美”）在我国登陆，与常年同期平均（5.07个）相比偏少2.07个。登陆我国的三个台风平均极值强度为28米/秒（10级），较常年同期（12级）明显偏弱。
今年8月，台风进入活跃期，共有6个台风“扎堆”生成，但均未登陆我国。
气象学上，9月至11月生成的台风称为“秋台风”，其特点有路径偏南、势力强大等。从常年同期看，秋台风（9月至11月）平均每年生成11.38个，其中会有2.26个登陆我国。夏台风（6月至8月）平均每年生成11.62个，其中有4.36个登陆我国。秋台风从生成数量上虽然与夏台风基本持平，但登陆我国的秋台风比夏台风明显偏少。
从9月的统计数据可以看到，9月台风生成个数常年平均为5.03个，登陆台风个数平均为1.7个。今年第11号台风“摩羯”于9月1日生成，成为今年首个“秋台风”。中央气象台预计，未来10天，西北太平洋还将有1至2个台风生成。
与夏台风相比，秋台风登陆我国的地点普遍偏南，原因是进入秋季以后，影响热带气旋路径的副热带高压开始东退南移，位置逐渐偏南造成的。秋台风最“青睐”的登陆地为广东省、海南省、台湾省和福建省。
中央气象台预计，在9月5日后，台风“摩羯”的强度将快速加强，最大强度可以达到强台风级别。预计3日下午至8日，南海中北部、北部湾、琼州海峡、巴士海峡及广东西部沿海、海南岛、广西沿海将有8至10级风；“摩羯”中心经过的附近海域有11至15级风，阵风可达16至17级；5日至7日，海南岛、广东西南部、广西南部有暴雨到大暴雨，海南岛、广东西南部沿海、广西南部沿海等局地有特大暴雨。
不确定的事不好说 今年“热气冲天”，我活了近八十岁，历年来，从未感觉到有今年的暑热，中秋、国庆不日即到，再热总不能热过中秋、国庆吧！
真的热不到几天了，还有三五天，不足一周，气温就要走下坡路了，台风“摩羯”生成后的影响力确实不可低估！
