2024年9月10日是我国第40个教师节，今年教师节主题是“大力弘扬教育家精神，加快建设教育强国”。教育部将推动出台弘扬教育家精神加强新时代高素质专业化教师队伍建设有关政策文件，组织开展全国教育系统先进集体和先进个人表彰奖励，推出一揽子尊师惠师举措，打造《国家记忆·教育家精神》《大先生——中国教育名家列传》《大教育家》《老师，您好！》等一系列教育家精神精品栏目，开展“时代楷模”、全国教书育人楷模和最美教师选树宣传活动，“城市亮灯”感念师恩尊师活动，教师风采短视频和“感人瞬间”微视频展播活动，教师主题影视剧《桃李无言》《我要当老师》及歌曲《老师，你好》等展播活动等。教育部印发《关于做好庆祝第40个教师节有关工作的通知》（以下简称《通知》），《通知》要求各地各校强化组织领导，围绕教师节主题，开展内涵丰富、形式多样、富有历史纪念意义、师生广泛参与的宣传庆祝活动。《通知》明确各地各校要坚持务实之风、简朴之风，隆重热烈而又精简高效地开展教师节宣传庆祝各项活动，力戒形式主义和铺张浪费。要深入基层关心全体教师的身体健康与工作生活，开展走访慰问，为教育家、老党员教师、老专家、优秀教师、乡村一线教师和家庭困难教师送去节日的温暖。
努力做好园丁工作，十年树木百年树人，可见做好孩子的工作该有多么重要!
