秋老虎蹦跶不了几天，该和秋老虎说再见了！台风“贝碧嘉”持续增强中，已经在打开台风眼。今天（9月15日）14时，“贝碧嘉”距离上海浦东南汇嘴415公里，维持台风级。上海目前总体处在暴风雨来临前的平静中，浦东、金山、奉贤和崇明更新为台风橙色预警信号，上海市气象局升级台风Ⅰ级应急响应。
今天12时，“贝碧嘉”近中心最大风力13级，也就是40米/秒，达到了台风级上限，申城风力也逐渐增大。预计“贝碧嘉”将以每小时25公里左右的速度向西偏北方向移动，强度继续加强。
上海气象部门预计，“贝碧嘉”将于16日凌晨到上午在上海浦东到浙江舟山一带登陆，登陆强度为台风或强台风（12～14级），15日夜间到16日白天对申城造成明显风雨影响。
台风登陆后，其风力会瞬间变小，并且向上海偏北方向移动、直至消失。 这次降温为期不远！
正在活跃中的台风“贝碧嘉”竟然一夜“头秃”？这一“秃”让“贝碧嘉”后续的强度、路径都充满了不确定性。
昨天早上，“贝碧嘉”云系较为“丰满”，但到了今天早上，“贝碧嘉”的底层中心基本外露，没有了云系覆盖，像是秃顶了一样。
这是因为昨夜“贝碧嘉”的中心卷入了干空气，中心结构遭到破坏，导致强度明显减弱。中心附近最大风力今天早晨也从11级（30米/秒）减弱到了10级（28米/秒）。

虽然未来几天“贝碧嘉”会经过海温29℃以上的区域，加上垂直风切变弱，有利于它强度增强，但卷入干空气后，它的中层湿度情况依然不太好，未来的强度预期将下调。
昨天，中央气象台预期“贝碧嘉”最强可能达到超强台风级，目前已经下调为强台风级。登陆时强度预期也下调，将为台风级或强台风级（13-14级，38-45米/秒）。
由于“贝碧嘉”的减弱，更容易受到低层偏南风的引导，导致其路径较前期有所北调。目前，上海也被纳入到了潜在登陆点当中，预计“贝碧嘉”可能16日凌晨至上午在江苏南部到浙江中部一带沿海登陆。
如果后期“贝碧嘉”继续调弱，路径可能还会北调。反之，如果“贝碧嘉”调强，则路径可能再南调。
“贝碧嘉”强度、路径都还具有不确定性，后期带来的风雨影响也存在较大变数。潜在影响区包括浙江、上海、江苏、安徽等地。
目前来看，明天夜间开始，浙江东南沿海、福建中北部等地风雨将加强；15日夜间至16日，浙江北部、上海、江苏南部、安徽南部等地将有强降雨；16日夜间至17日，安徽南部等地还将有大片大到暴雨区域。
之前说可能会深入内陆影响到重庆，缓解高温。现在看，可能缓解不了了。 台风“摩羯”刚过，另一台风“贝碧嘉”生成并迅速扩散。

今年第13号台风“贝碧嘉”（强台风级）已于今天7点30分在上海浦东临港新城沿海登陆，08时中心位于上海市浦东新区（北纬30.9度、东经121.8度），中心附近最大风力14级（42米/秒），中心最低气压为955百帕。
预计，登陆后“贝碧嘉”将以每小时20-25公里的速度向西偏北方向移动，强度逐渐减弱。预计16日23时前后进入安徽省（强热带风暴级）。
16日至17日安徽省有较强风雨天气。受台风“贝碧嘉”影响，16日淮河以南部分地区有大雨到暴雨，局部大暴雨；17日江北部分地区中到大雨，局部暴雨。过程累计降水量：宣城、芜湖、马鞍山、滁州等地90～140毫米，局部超过180毫米；铜陵、池州北部、安庆北部、合肥、六安、淮南、阜阳、亳州等地50～80毫米。过程最大雨强40～60毫米/小时。19日至22日安徽省还有一次明显降水过程，其中20日大别山区和沿江江南部分地区有大雨，局部暴雨。
台风影响期间安徽全省平均风力4～5级，阵风8级左右，其中台风移动路径附近、水面和山区的平均风力6级左右，阵风9～10级。
安徽省气象局表示，台风“贝碧嘉”对安徽省的风雨影响仍有不确定性。
