今年第13号台风“贝碧嘉”(台风级)，今天11点钟中心位置已经到达距离上海浦东南汇嘴东偏南方向约470公里的海面上，台风中心目前正以每小时20-25公里的速度朝西偏北方向移动，强度逐渐增强。预计台风“贝碧嘉”将于16日凌晨到早晨在上海浦东到浙江舟山一带登陆。
台风登陆后其风力会瞬间减弱直至消失。 “贝碧嘉”来了是件好事，因为它是久晴干旱的及时雨，春种夏长秋收冬藏的双抢还少不了它！秋季双抢是指：双抢是一项常见的农业活动，指农村夏天抢收庄稼抢种庄稼。一般在夏天进行：“双抢”原意指农村夏天“双抢”——抢收庄稼抢种庄稼。
登陆位置一直难确定 今年第13号台风“贝碧嘉”（强台风级）已于今天7点30分在上海浦东临港新城沿海登陆，08时中心位于上海市浦东新区（北纬30.9度、东经121.8度），中心附近最大风力14级（42米/秒），中心最低气压为955百帕。
预计，登陆后“贝碧嘉”将以每小时20-25公里的速度向西偏北方向移动，强度逐渐减弱。预计16日23时前后进入安徽省（强热带风暴级）。
16日至17日安徽省有较强风雨天气。受台风“贝碧嘉”影响，16日淮河以南部分地区有大雨到暴雨，局部大暴雨；17日江北部分地区中到大雨，局部暴雨。过程累计降水量：宣城、芜湖、马鞍山、滁州等地90～140毫米，局部超过180毫米；铜陵、池州北部、安庆北部、合肥、六安、淮南、阜阳、亳州等地50～80毫米。过程最大雨强40～60毫米/小时。19日至22日安徽省还有一次明显降水过程，其中20日大别山区和沿江江南部分地区有大雨，局部暴雨。
台风影响期间安徽全省平均风力4～5级，阵风8级左右，其中台风移动路径附近、水面和山区的平均风力6级左右，阵风9～10级。
