“饥饿营销”作为一种常见的营销方式是可以理解的，但是如果没有产品的稀缺性作为保证，没有产品的创新性作为支撑，那么“饥饿营销”就涉及消费欺诈。
对消费者本身而言，我觉得还是需要自我消费心理的调节，我们要真正买我们需要的，而不是去买大家追捧的，或者是买貌似稀缺但是自己并不需要的。
房屋的销售存在“一个愿买一个愿卖”，价值也不是一天两天就构建起来的，它一定有独特的东西在支撑着。这种营销方式中当然会有一点“泡沫”，但是绝对不是平白无故就有如此大的效应，这其中一定有合理性的东西存在。任何一个聪明的商家都不会持续使用“饥饿营销”当噱头！
