9月30日，广州天气炎热。在广州市番禺区长隆大厦的一间阶梯会议室里，一个由华润置地某楼盘项目和贝壳找房网合办的“国庆黄金周启动会”在此举行。按照主办方多名相关工作人员的说法，这是一个“非常私人的内部会议”。这也是该楼盘项目的一个内部营销动员大会。
会议的高潮部分是，会议公布，华润置地上述楼盘项目的销售佣金正式上调：平均佣金30万/套（税前）起，最高佣金高达80万/套（税前）。销售人员只要能卖出一套108平米的房子，至少能获得30万元的佣金；而卖出一套300平米的房子，佣金则高达80万元。一名参会的房地产中介销售经理告诉记者，这是该项目有史以来最高的佣金。
换一句大白话就是消费者每购得1套房，就给楼盘售卖人奖励销售80万的巨额奖金！！！！
