按现有规定规定足够了，不要别出心裁，另出花样，关键是掌握有指示灯的斑马线和无指示灯的斑马线线的区别：斑马线分两种，一种是有指示灯的斑马线，行人过这种斑马线是应该严格遵守“红灯停，绿灯行”，在行人和机动车同被绿灯放行情况下，机动车必须礼让行人；第二种情况是无指示灯的斑马线，在这种无指示灯的斑马线上，机动车无条件的必须礼让一切行人。
机动车礼让行人，不仅是单纯的“道路交通安全问题”，是贯穿社会“强者礼让弱者”通用法则，是衡量一个国家、一个地区精神文明和物资文明程度的综合反映。本人曾在交通部工作过多年，全国各地跑遍，北美、欧洲也多次涉足，纵观这一问题，西方发达国家做得普遍较好，国内南方沿海城市较好，长江中下游沿线正在顺畅启动。 建议礼让行人的路段安装黄色信号灯提醒减速，特别是长虹大道。看见人就让，没那么复杂。 多此一举！！斑马线前“车让人”本来就是无条件的，只不过是九江市民整体素质目前还比较低下，在杭州就不存在这一说法。 设立按键式红绿黄灯，行人过斑马线时把按扭按一下，时间一分钟自动转换。责任分明有据。
