initial;">随后，记者同刘女士一起来到永修县铜锣湾广场的噗通噗通游泳馆，发现大门紧闭，门口还有“三沐瑶浴”的广告牌，收银台的柜子里依然存放着“三沐瑶浴”产品。记者拿起一盒“三沐瑶浴”产品看到，盒子上印着中国非物质文化遗产的标志，并且写着婴幼儿草本保健浴，净含量60克。<strong>“三沐瑶浴”是贵州省从江神瑶保健品有限公司制造，印有“黔卫计健用证字2012第0015号”的许可证号，适用于宝宝日常保健护理，主要成分为解毒藤、威灵仙、枫荷等。</strong></p><p initial;border-color: initial;">记者随即联系永修县市场监督管理局。市监局执法人员来到现场，查看该产品编号后表示：<strong>这是保健用品，不是保健品，保健品归我们管，保健用品属于特种用品，谁发证谁管理，这个包装盒上标明的“黔卫计健用证字2012第0015号”许可证号，明确了发证机关是贵州省卫计委。</strong></p><p initial;">记者随后联系永修县卫计委。执法人员赶到现场，对刘俊进行了询问，对现场进行了拍照，并固定了证据。执法人员扶庆喜称：<strong>“‘黔卫计健用证字2012第0015号’是贵州省卫计委批准的保健用品字号，这种‘健’字号的证书，事实上打了个擦边球，它不是全国通用的标准，我们省就没有这种审批号，关键这种审批号只能在贵州销售，不能跨省，并且这种产品原则上不允许流入市场。我们之前也查处过多起类似情况的案件。”</strong></p><p
