现在综合体也就是快乐城人气还可以，因为作为本土企业，用会员积分卡留住了很多九江人，而且一些单位的福利都来源于此，铜锣湾和万达有人气？平时怕是晚上没去看吧;P
城投是主家，凭城投的背景，以他掌握的信息量看，这综合体的开建意味着火车站南广场的建设将会加速了。看来，池九高铁开建，衢九铁路列车增多，火车站扩建在随后的三五年要开始甚至完成。这综合体主要是面向火车站乘客的 建综合体到底为了啥，刺激实体经济？
九江格局放大一点，没有错，七百多万人口商圈
但是九江内需短板有很多，长江以北 鄱阳湖东西两岸还没有形成交通便利的生活通道，九江站候车室没有实际改观，城市天际线还是在明年复明年，与门户城市不匹配。
