极地202011月份收的异常水费也是这么不了了知了，没有最终的处理方式，最终就是用户稀里糊涂的多交了一半的钱！
水务公司做事就是快！我家的也反应过，说解决，四个月还得本人多次上门催促，终于很快跑成了！！水务公司太辛苦了！！
水表明显抄错，就应该及时纠正，并赔礼道歉，并设置改正软件，以备忘录。不设置改正软件，那么多用户谁还能记住谁？容易误收，九江自来水公司又在为群众服务上签下一笔“负账”。

因为根本不会抄，大多都是估的。有次我为了找哪个是我家水表，我把水表箱的表洗了20分钟才看清数字。解决的唯一方法就是出单的时候打印止码数。还有就是你估数可以理解，但你要给个估的数字，并且不能收滞纳金！对于商用的，可以采用定期抄码或由业主报码结算。
