你搞错了，九江什么时候上四线了，其实只是个五线小城市。
越是五线，越要做到人无我有。九江的形象才能吸引到更多发展要素，交通就是。如果五线的九江有二线的交通，自然就升格了。其他领域也是。
九江一个四线城市，没必要搞的那样，但闯红灯的要管制，有牌无牌关系不大，很多车不是不上牌，而是上不了牌，但刚买一年的车子又不好处理！
确实应该加强管理，持续常态化管理，九江交通乱象要好好治治。

养了人，难在这。现在看来真是落后的标志。有人停车，就堵一片，还危险。
很多马路没设置辅道和汽车占辅道以及不会用方向灯最容易引起交通拥堵或事故！信不信：如果大家都开二轮车出行，加以考驾照 ，交通规则的和行人乱走的劝导或处罚，城市道路拥堵，事故会少一半，如果再科学设计马路绿波红绿灯，增加天桥和地下通道，拥堵和事故可以下降80%…上了临时牌又不拍照处罚的电动四轮司机几乎没有驾照，在机动车主道或辅道上横冲直撞危害最大，上牌的二三轮电动车充电经常出问题危害很大（见下面视频），前段时候香玉半山小区就因此发生火灾烧毁两辆汽车，幸好没烧死人…令人后怕，厂商和政策原因上不了牌的燃油车大多有摩托车驾照而更遵守交通规则危害实则小很多）

所谓的助力车根本就是机动车，因为国家早就有国标。现在就应该按照无牌扣车、吊销驾照来处罚。很多人还是ABC照的。
混合交通运行，应该按交通规则有序管理，各行其道，遵守交规
