3、规划设计改善一批信号灯、标线等。大力推行车少路口无红灯的办法，并公告，全城无灯路口全部流动测速同时抓拍不礼让，无灯路口限速25，按照礼让规则抓拍。
4、开放一批单位、小区停车位。设计一个共享停车位软件。迫切需要取消所有的占道停车位，不能用公共道路养这些人，另谋出路吧。
5、发展公交，设定免费换乘，补贴有车族公交费，禁止出租车随意上下客。 九江那么点人口，现在的路足够了
就一招做到了，保证九江不堵
它就是：取消所有繁忙路段，路边停车位，附近配套地下或者立体停车泊位引流。
九江现在的交通拥堵就像一个仓库，仓库库位足够大，物品也不多，就是摆放有点杂乱无章，需要ERP系统来帮着整理
取消路面停车位，机动车和非机动车各行其道，就不至于互相加塞引起的风险和拥堵问题
再开放一部分大学校园内部道路分流
拥堵问题定能解决
机动车大量停在非机动车道上，非机动车不得不到机动车道骑行，非机动车自己不安全，机动车也吓得一愣一愣的，不拥堵才怪呢。
多学学厦门别的城市吧，照葫芦画瓢不会吗？就怕无所作为的单位，安于现状的人。首先把非机动车道立出来分道行驶，城市中所有道路严禁停放车辆包括施划的停车位＜谁给的权力？＞，开放所有单位及公共场所作为停放车辆，马路是公共资源不是某单位私有。少些斑马线多些过街天桥地下通道。人行道供行人行走的而不是停放车辆的，总之是缺乏城市规划管理人才。
九江着这么点大，人口就这么点多，车也这么点多，完全不是拥堵的事，出了事怪老百姓？跟别的城市有的比吗？交警多干点本职工作，少发点横财！一切都好多了！
必须拆除浔阳西路国棉一厂到沿浔小区道路的绿化隔离带！

浔南片区拥堵比较严重，争取将站前路与庐山大道连通，解决了金凤路与陆家垄路的拥堵，尤其是陆家垄快速路互通开通以后，万达广场，铜锣湾广场及浔南大道这边会更严重。
自然资源局出的大招就是让这些平头老百姓集思广益？
最直接最简单的办法 限行，大型货运及工程车辆白天不得进入市区
堵不如疏，高峰期哪都堵，没别的高大上好办法，就是得协警辛苦点，高峰期时多派点人出来维持秩序！

货车白天进城添堵，晚上进城扰民。白天非高峰期根本就不堵。货车限行限的是借路的过境车而不是助力九江建设发展的运输车辆。
