我个人认为是重复收费，也是不合理收费。 我也想知道 请问哪个商品房小区不交装修垃圾清理费的？自己清理的除外 巧立名目，坚决打击！！！！

重复收费是犯罪 装修垃圾清运费！合规。业主也可以选择不缴费自己动手清理，垃圾不能留在小区内，要运到城管部门指定的建筑垃圾堆放点。哎，一般人都不会的。除非是简约装修。 那小区公共用电，是不是也该小区居民交而不是物业交呢？还可以拆分出门禁维修费，也让小区居民交？如此等等，那物业公司是不是什么费用都不用交了？统统小区业主交？那我要物业做什么？ 细想一下，这是合规却不合理。规，是有关部门订立的。如果从理 的角度看，业主出那么多物业费，装修垃圾也必须物业负责，这并不过分。主要是九江的物业费都他么特贵！ 一、物业费包含什么项目
1、公共物业及配套设施的维护保养费用，包括外墙、楼梯、步行廊、升降梯(扶梯)、中央空调系统、消防系统、保安系统、电视音响系统、电话系统、配电器系统、给排水系统及其他机械、设备、机器装置及设施等;
2、聘用管理人员的薪金，包括工资、津贴、福利、保险、服装费用等;
3、公用水电的支出，如公共照明、喷泉、草地淋水等;
4、购买或租赁必需的机械及器材的支出;
5、物业财产保险(火险、灾害险等)及各种责任保险的支出;
6、垃圾清理、水池清洗及消毒灭虫的费用;
7、清洁公共地方及幕墙、墙面的费用;
8、公共区域植花、种草及其养护费用;
9、更新储备金，即物业配套设施的更新费用;
10、聘请律师、会计师等专业人士的费用;
11、节日装饰的费用;
12、管理者酬金;
13、行政办公支出，包括文具、办公用品等杂项以及公共关系费用;
14、公共电视接收系统及维护费用;
15、其他为管理而发生的合理支出。
二、物业费的组成部分
1、管理服务人员的工资、社会保险和按规定提取的福利费等;
2、物业共用部位、共用设施设备的日常运行、维护费用;
3、物业管理区域清洁卫生费用;
4、物业管理区域绿化养护费用;
5、物业管理区域秩序维护费用;
6、办公费用;
7、物业管理企业固定资产折旧;
8、物业共用部位、共用设施设备及公众责任保险费用;
9、经业主同意的其它费用。
物业共用部位、共用设施设备的大修、中修和更新、改造费用，应当通过专项维修资金予以列支，不得计入物业服务支出或者物业服务成本。
小区缴纳的物业费是包含了公共设施设备的运行维护费和公共水电费，物业费是包含了电梯费用的。
