如果换做是普通公交IC卡计次付费或许会好很多、还能提高上座率。 最好学习杭州的做法。杭州2000年就是50元包月做公交车100次。过期作废。下月再重新充值。我剩下10天都充50元。不贵。还方便 杭州公交的做法公交月票一个月50元,100次。学生卡25元120次，这实际上只是对于固定线内公交线路适用，且5分钟内不可连续刷卡，无法普及所有乘坐的公交车。
实际上在中国绝大多数的城市公交IC卡乘车都是0.6-0.9元/次，50元基本上都能60次以上了，特定时期公交IC卡充值还有一定优惠，已经很好的满足乘坐人员了。普通公交IC卡还有一最大特点、即能够无限次刷卡。
月卡中的员工卡、学生卡、老年人优待卡等只能给自己刷卡使用，不方便为他人刷用。尽管杭州市推出了月卡五十元充值业务，最低50元起，以5元的倍数递增。余额不足，再次充值时以5元的倍数加充。若存在历史月账单欠费时，须先补还欠费金额，方可再充值。当月15日以后可对次月月票进行充值。目前支持乘坐线路范围为杭州公交集团旗下（主城区、萧山、余杭、富阳）1—499路、652、653、654、655、659、660、671、672、673、674、675、676、700—799路、微公交、BRT及BRT支线。 苏州市旅游公交上车一元，基本上都是外地游客乘坐，本地市民几乎不会上去，而苏州市其他公交车清一色是2元。 还是维持现行模式为好，不要轻易改动！
2024年1月5日起，鄂托克前旗公交车免费乘坐。鄂托克前旗也成为全市率先实行全区域、全民无限期公交免费乘坐的旗县。
鄂托克前旗开通了5条公交线路，配备公交车辆16辆，线路覆盖鄂托克前旗敖勒召其镇所有的社区、学校、商场、医院等公共服务场所。公交车每天运行142个班次，运送乘客1100人次以上，公交全部免费乘坐后，预计乘客可增长30%以上。
