2em;">组织资格审查合格人员到公司进行实地调研考察，根据公司现状，从总经理角度谈企业规划和发展前景，最后形成书面调研报告（准备时间为7天），书面调研报告密封好在面试前上交（具体上交时间另行通知），满分为100分，按得分的40%计入笔试成绩。在调研报告审核和评定中严格执行查重率规定，一旦发现调研报告查重率超过30%，取消应聘资格。</section><section style="text-indent: 2em;">（2）结构化面试</section><section style="text-indent: 2em;">根据调研报告评定结果，围绕企业困境处置等问题进行半结构化面试，主要测试应聘人员的专业知识、综合分析、组织协调、逻辑思维、语言表达、应变能力、企业管理等方面的素质。满分为100分，按得分的60%计入面试成绩。</section><section 2em;">根据体检和面试情况对考察入闱人选进行实地考察。通过查阅档案等方式，核查入闱人员年龄、层级、专业技术、工作经历等相关信息。实地考察主要是深入全面了解应聘人员的政治思想、道德品质、能力素养、作风纪律、岗位匹配度等情况。</section><section style="text-indent: 2em;">（六）公示</section><section style="text-indent: 2em;">对拟聘用人员进行公示，公示期为5个工作日。公示期满按拟定签订试用协议，试用期为一年，应聘者在试用期内不适合岗位要求者，公司将予以辞退，期满考核合格的，办理正式聘用手续。聘用劳动合同3年一签订（从试用期起算），各年度的管理指标和经营目标考核合格后可续签劳动合同，考核不合格的根据其考核指标、工作能力及日常表现进行调岗，如不服从调岗或自愿放弃调岗，则予以解除劳动合同。</section><section style="text-indent: 2em;">五、待遇</section><section style="text-indent: 2em;">招聘人员聘用后，可享受《武宁县县属国有企业薪酬制度改革实施细则》文件中规定的年薪薪酬及各项福利补贴，依照“一事一议”原则，增设增量提成奖和其它待遇。</section><section style="text-indent: 2em;">（一）年薪薪酬</section><section style="text-indent: 2em;">年薪薪酬标准由基本年薪和绩效年薪两部分构成，按国有企业薪酬文件执行基本年薪为12万元，绩效年薪为18万元。</section><section style="text-indent: 2em;">（二）增量提成奖</section><section style="text-indent: 2em;">除年薪薪酬、福利补贴外，县政府设置增量提成奖。增量提成奖=（实际完成经营指标-目标经营指标）*增量提成系数r ，增量提成系数r根据经营指标完成情况，按2%-10%比例进行阶梯式取值，增量越大，系数越高。目标经营指标、增量提成系数r，由县财政局（国资局）每年年初按照公平、激励、可持续的原则，结合市场环境及企业自身情况，进行合理设置。</section><section style="text-indent: 2em;">（三）其它待遇</section><section style="text-indent: 2em;">高层次人才享受九江市“人才20条”政策及武宁县相关人才政策。县城无住房人员，由县旅发公司负责解决公租住房。</section><section style="text-indent: 2em;">六、有关事项</section><section style="text-indent:
