33.5294px;">地处城乡结合部，</span>由莲湾社区、洪湖村、月亮村、北港村组成，面积17.8平方公里，户籍人口2.143万，九小场所多、人员构成杂，量大难管，面宽事多。为了这片土地的平安，朱涛倾注了自己全部的精力。自“三大专项行动”开展以来，他采取错时工作法，利用晚上、周末的休息时间，累计走访962户住户、964个九小场所。在走访过程中，他发现矛盾纠纷112起，占矛盾纠纷总数的30%，矛盾纠纷总化解率达100%，连续2年防溺水“四个一”摸排率达100%。他用一步一个脚印去丈量民情，用实干赢得了民心。</span></p><p 17px;">“涛哥虽然看起来个子大，但做起事来细致认真又负责，他是社区居民的贴心人，大大小小的事情都惦记着，经常利用周末、节假日的休息时间主动上门帮助大家解决问题。”得知朱涛离世的消息，月亮村分管综治的崔书记表示十分惋惜和心痛。细数朱涛在社区调解矛盾纠纷的故事，莲湾社区的妇女主任吴主任也是眼眶泛红，她说：“只要涛哥在，矛盾就少了一半……”“朱警官真是个热心人，是个好警察！他不该就这样走了......”听闻朱涛去世，居民万某不禁叹息。上半年，万某的岳父买菜时突发疾病倒在商店，朱涛执勤经过发现此情况，立即将老人送往医院，因联系不上家属，朱涛直接垫付医药费并全程陪同，在朱涛的救助下老人得到了及时救治。</span></p><p 17px;">今年7月份，辖区内有两位摊贩因摊位和生意问题产生矛盾纠纷，进而发生肢体冲突，致使其中一方受伤。但另一方由于家庭经济十分困难，迟迟没有支付医药赔偿，双方的矛盾愈演愈烈。朱涛为缓解其二人的矛盾，自掏腰包向受伤一方支付了医药费，并编织了一个“善意的谎言”，让对方以为是另一位摊贩主动支付赔偿。事后再通过动之以情、晓之以理地劝说，引导矛盾双方换位思考、相互理解，一点一滴慢慢融化矛盾的坚冰。</span></p><section
